Brian > The area (full of crap currently) will be our "outdoor pub area". This will include a pub table and stools with a pendant light above said table. The door to the closet will be a glass door with an awening above it and a sconce to the right. We are hoping to have a mural painted along the back wall to give that outside cafe feel.
Brian > Basement powder room with rough-in valve installed and drywall hung.
